I like the great hospitality and customer service from the staffs. The room and property was always clean. The security is perfect. The location was perfect...close to market, airport, restaurants, stadium, kigali convention centre, cinema, parliament ...and its easy to commute any part of kigali anytime of day or night . I'm satisfied and happy with Gisa stay services and i recommend them to anyone. Give it a try for a 5 STAR experience that won't cost you much. They are value for your money.
