Great condo that is very well stocked
Very well appointed for a family. Wonderful screamed in patio overlooking the lagoon. Saw a big fat gator on the ground under us! Only complaint is the master bed was uncomfortable and the sheets scratchy so bring your own king sheets. Otherwise, great experience.

A little piece of paradise
We had a awesome experience. The property was located perfectly for views of the Lagoon . Even though the walk to the beach from there was a hike for us the property management responded quickly with suggesting driving to Night Herron Park which was close and a easy walk to beach . We will definitely be back. Happy 2022

Love Kiawah; Condo needs a little TLC
Kiawah Island in the fall cannot be beat! We had perfect weather, and we enjoyed the beach and bike rides every day. This condo was very clean and met our needs beautifully (2 parents + 2 teenage boys). Having two queens in the second bedroom was nicer than the typical two twin beds. As other reviewers mentioned, there are some minor maintenance issues with this property, such as slow draining tubs & a “sticky” front door - but we had a lovely week!!

Great condo
4 women on a 3 day, 2 night golf outing. The condo had all heat we needed. We had only 2 thoughts on improvement: ceiling fans on the porch and in the bedrooms and the bathtubs do not drain well. They probably have sand in the traps that could easily be snaked out. We enjoyed our stay and will plan to return.

Disappointed
We were quite surprised by the overall quality of the property. It needs quite a bit of updating and TLC. The microwave handle was broken, the couches were very uncomfortable, the general cleanliness was poor and the carpeting was very stain. The location was good but I am sure there are better properties in the area. I would not recommend this property until it is updated!

Needs upgrading
Beautiful location. Loved watching the gators swimming in the lagoon. The screened porch was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable. However the rest of the furniture needs help. Both couches and the chair were very uncomfortable. Also the carpet throughout the house is very dirty.

Girls getaway
I stayed here with three other adults to get away for a long weekend. The house was perfect for us. Bedrooms were large, quite neighborhood, clean, location was easy to get to however the beach was a bit of a walk so we had one person drive us down in the car. Car ride was 2 mins at most. Waling was about 15mins. There are paths but we brought a lot down to the beach (heavy cooler and four chairs and games) so driving worked best. The outdoor/screened in patio was awesome! We ate breakfast out there daily it was beautiful and saw a gator in the pond- it was neat! The kitchen had very little supplies to cook with and no spices, not a big deal we just assumed there would be more.
