Bushy’s Beachbreak is a recently renovated 6-bedroom house ideal for 2 or 3 families or large fishing groups. This two-story home can allow for independent self-contained living across two levels. The upstairs living area is very spacious and includes a lounge, BBQ area with bar, and two separate dining areas making it ideal for entertaining family and friends. The renovated kitchens on each level are fully equipped with new gas stoves, ovens, a large fridge/freezer, a microwave, and a full range of cooking and eating utensils. There is a bathroom and toilet on each level. Both Living areas have Smart TVs with VAST Satellite TV access. There is a third Smart TV near the upstairs dining area. All TVs are hardwired to the High-Speed Starlink internet, and there is Wi-fi throughout the house. Bring your Netflix, Kayo and/or Foxtel logins to access the apps on the TVs.
The property is in the heart of Happy Valley, close to the beach near the Fraser Island Retreat, which has a shop for basic supplies, fuel, and coffee, as well as a Bar and Bistro for meals. The house is in a quiet serene location with no passing traffic where you can enjoy the prolific bird life and adjacent bushland of the World Heritage Listed area.
There is a 2-car garage with ample storage area for your gear, with outdoor parking for an additional 2 or 3 4WDs. A hose is provided to wash down your vehicles after a day of driving on the beach. The property has a laundry with a 12kg Washing Machine, including outdoor and undercover drying lines. There is a storage room with a chest freezer and an extra fridge/freezer which you can use for drinks or food. There is also plenty of room to store your fishing rods, and wash them down after a day of fishing. It is an ideal location to base your holiday activities such as fishing or exploring the Island’s Lakes, rainforests, and beaches.
Ceiling fans are provided in each bedroom, along with the living areas. There is a computer desk with Wifi and Wired ethernet ports, for faster internet access. There are USB ports throughout the house and bedrooms for charging your mobile phones and devices, as well as night lights to navigate around the house in the middle of the night. Drinking quality water is obtained by a triple water filtration system including Ultraviolet purification. There is an undercover fish cleaning facility for your convenience. Many board games are provided to keep the little ones entertained, as well as a full poker set (chips and felt for the big kids. The property has a local management team who can assist with your needs.
Please note this is a self-clean property, and guests must provide their own linen including (Top and Bottom Sheets, Bath & Beach towels. No Sleeping Bags, please. We supply Pillows, Pillowcases, and plenty of Blankets to keep you warm.

As we are on an off-grid solar system, no additional fridges, air fryers, electric frypans, irons, or hair dryers are permitted. These will overload the system, and cause inconvenience to you. Only use the Washing Machine during the day, on a cold wash cycle.
