Staff was super nice Room was dirty when arrived with open cans that had drinks half empty There was food crumbs all over the floor Our tv did work And we were next to the boiler room that kept us up all night One night stay with no sleep and had to work early the next day We will not be staying again

ROOM 211 VIEW WAS GREAT. ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN.CHECK IN WAS GREAT. NICE GUY GAVE ME A UPGRADE. VERY GOOD NOT WATER. HOT TUB WAS NICE. VERY DEAD TIME OF YEAR. NO ONE AROUND HARDLEY, VERY PEACEFUL. Unclean/unhygienic rundown and horrible

Room was not cleaned after the previous guest. Room was full of garbage, old used towels etc immediately after check-in. When complained, we were asked to wait for an hour (it was 9 pm, we had two toddlers and we had driven a long way to get there).
