Great place but, the room was moldy and smelly. Almost to a point of leaving. It is a great little place other than a very unclean room with an extremely musty and moldy odor.

We stayed because we thought it would be close to things to do and it was pet friendly. However, the facilities were quite small. There was constant noise and very little assistance from management. It was so uncomfortable that we decided to leave a day early so that we could actually enjoy our time

Without question having Sammy as the Garden House manager was a delight. Friendly and responsive attitude helped us with a trouble free check in. Secondly, the location was outstanding. 2 block from the night life and harbor made for easy access but then offered a quite retreat at night. We will be back!

Average B&B for the price - great location
It is an overall a cute little B&B. We personally just had an issue with bugs in the shower. We stayed in the small queen room and it is VERY small. The size itself was manageable but the cleanliness of the floors and bathroom is why unfortunately we most likely will not stay there again. The staff working were all very pleasant and great to talk with. Daily towels delivered to our room. Reserved parking (have to pay extra for) was great but you do have to move for a few hours if you are there on a Sunday as they use the neighbors church parking lot. That was a little frustrating but we found street parking quick enough. Breakfast options are just a few items (waffles, bagels, muffins, etc.). There were no options for eggs or breakfast meat. For the price and location, not bad at all. IF the clealiness of the floors and bathroom bugs improved we would stay again.
