I had two different stays on consecutive nights because despite spending $1,500 trying to get off this island after five years, I can’t quite seem to escape it. So I kept coming back. Great hotel, great staff, has long been my favorite economical stay in Key West because you still get it all for much less. Super walkable. Quiet part of historic Old Town Key West. I lived for years within blocks, so I would know lol. You simply cannot go wrong staying at NYAH Key West. I never have.

When we arrived we found cockroaches in the kitchen and when we lifted the mattress to make the bed we found some smaller ones. The front desk staff are also hostile, it seems like they are forced to do the work. During my stay, which was 4 days, they never came to clean. I did not want to report the incidents because the staff is not very friendly. I preferred to spend more time outside and clean the room myself.

This is a very beautiful site. The staff are wonderful, the location couldnt be better. Its quiet, with two pools, a jacuzzi, another small wading pool, continental breakfast and bicycle rentals. No need to spend alot of money on a hotel when you stay in KW. You'll spend enough while you're on the town.

Absolutely disgusting I literally checked in by 8:00 at night and checked out by 8:30 is that same night literally went into the room unpacked my bag put it on my bed went to take a shower three cockroaches or crawling around with the lights on all over the walls absolutely disgusting and I needed to get a refund from you guys

Appears charming but there were a lot of drunk young adults and the rooms gave a dorm feel with lockers. Multiple electrical outlets in room did not work and one hanging out of the wall. Hot tub and pools were nice but never any pool towels and front desk people if you can find them said they had no more towels.
