Enjoyed a nice stay the hotel was very accommodating to our change in reservation due to a hurricane. Some of the staff was not as welcoming in terms of explaining how to even find our room or amenities to take advantage of. Fortunately, we figured it out on our own. The room was very nice except the sliding door in the back didn’t lock so we used the ironing board to make sure no one could come in that way. Other than that, it was a very nice stay.

Our water in our condo was not getting hot and we told the property managers. They told the maintenance crew, but they didn’t come fix it. Then two days pass they said they couldn’t fix it and was going to move us to another room. Gave us a 1 bedroom key to shower in two buildings over. And only refunded us $600 for their inconvenience. Which we felt like wasn’t fair be hadn’t had a hot shower the whole trip until the last day but had to continue to shower because we was walking from one building to the next. Also in our condo the ice maker in the fridge wasn’t working. I had to walk down to the front office and get two bags of ice. Beautiful property, but that wasn’t how you suppose to vacation.
