Key West Beachfront Luxury 2/2 Condo A212

This Luxury unit is 1375 sq ft of breath taking beachfront living space in this tropical complex. Great views from the 40 foot deck which encompasses the whole unit. Every room has a spectacular view of the tropical Nature Preserve and the Atlantic Ocean. The complex is oceanfront with an Olympic heated pool and gigantic hot tub right on the Ocean. Other amenities include three lighted tennis courts, one clay, two paddleball court, and a his and hers sauna and a gym. Our unit has a 55 inch ultra flat screen HD tv in the living room and both bedrooms. Cable and wireless internet in every room. Underground free private parking space. The linens, towels, and beach towels are provided. We also provide beach chairs.
There are two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite has a king bed with hardwood floors and a gigantic bathroom newly renovated in 2014 travertine bathroom with dual sinks, air jet tub and walk in shower. The guest bathroom has been totally renovated in Oct 2014 with walk in shower and tavertine tiles. The guest room has a queen bed and twin bed. The living room has a beautiful leather pull out couch. The granite kitchen is a great size for the vacationing gourmets. It is fully-equipped with all appliance including 2 blenders, toaster, and both kuerig and regular coffee maker. Every detail has been carefully thought out to ensure your stay is comfortable. The unit also comes with three bikes for your use and underground parking for you vehicle.
The non-smoking unit is approximately 50 feet from the ocean. A short walk will take you from our private beach front to the famous public Smather's Beach. We are only ten minutes from Duval Street.
Check in time is 4PM. Check out is 10AM. Special arrangements can be made if it is possible.
You must be 25 or older to rent this unit. Not available to spring break students. Please indicate the number of adults and children in your inquiry, and give the ages of the children. This unit can accommodate 6 people.
Hurricane Refund Policy: Full refund given when Mandatory Evacuation ordered by city if unable to travel to Key West. Unused days refunded if here when Evacuation Ordered.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. A flat-screen television along with a DVD player are provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a jetted bathtub and a hair dryer.

Condo was perfect for girls trip. Amazing pool with a sandy beach area and hot tub. Washer and dryer nive benefit. Only a few walkable restaurants but uber was super easy and fast. Will definitely stay again.

GREAT TIME - GREAT PLACE! LOVE DEALING WITH OWNER
We had the best time! The unit was exactly as the photos stated. Close to Smathers Beach and Duvall! The owner was awesome to deal with, even sending us a complete list of recommended places to go and things to do! You do not find many people so easy to deal with that actually go our of their way to assure you have a great vacation! Will definitely be booking next year at the same place.

This location is amazing! The property grounds are beautiful. The pool is a really great size plenty of space and chairs for everyone. The rooms themselves are very spacious. We had plenty of everything! The bathroom had plenty of towels toilet paper soaps hairdryer and more. The walk in shower and jacuzzi tub were amazing! The beds had a lot of linens and pillows. The kitchen had everything you could think to cook and serve a meal. I really appreciated all the extra things that were there like beach towels and beach chairs. Kathy was an amazing host and was sooo helpful. Book this asap!

Very nice!
The unit is very well stocked. Best I’ve ever seen in renting condos. Beds are very comfortable and unit very clean and spacious. Loved the pool area - quite large. Although the beach directly in front of the complex wasn’t a true swimmers beach, we had fun finding sea glass on the shore and wading with and watching the fish. A more traditional beach was just minutes away. So appreciated how proactive Kathy was in her communications and provided a great list of local Key West restaurants and bars. To sum up - a wonderful vacation. Thank you!

This condo unit was very nice. Both bathrooms were updated. We really liked that the 2nd bedroom had a double bed and a twin bed. Everything was well stocked. We didn’t have to go out and buy toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, etc., midway through our vacation!!! The pool and hot tub are fantastic. The pool overlooks the ocean! Our teens enjoyed the ping pong table in the rec room.

The condo was as clean and presentable as home! It was extremely spacious,the beds were comfortable & there was nothing lacking. The proximity to Smathers beach was great! You can walk there. We loved ALL the beach equipment. Kathy is an attentive host! She responds to questions promptly. She wants her guests to enjoy their stay in Key West which is apparent by all her great suggestions. Key West winter getaway
Quiet, great pool and hot tub. Very large, comfortable rental unit with just a sliver of ocean view. Not much close but good Uber service in Key West. Owners respond quickly if renters need to contact them.
