SERENITY AT SEA! LEAVE ALL YOUR WORRIES BEHIND!!!

Our Oliver is located approximately three quarter mile from the base marina, anchored in a beautiful cove, where often times you will have dolphins, and or manatee stop by to say hi!! Please read the description thoroughly, and we recommend this adventure for adventurous, adaptable, easy going sorts. If you're high maintenance, needy, or a picky person, you may want to check in to a Hilton down the road) The boat stays anchored! You're provided with a double kayak for your back and forth transportation, and exploring. Or, for a little more, we have motorized dingys for your ease of transportation and exploring delight!!! ( Please see description pics, thanks) the boat has an unheated shower for you to rinse off after a swim in the bay, or just to freshen up for bedtime. The bed is a very nice serta sleeper queen, for your rest assured) Up top you will find a beautiful sitting place, with a lovely breeze most times, to relax, stargaze, and grill out on your Weber propane grill. The generator on the boat will supply your power for coffee, microwave, ac, stove top, or toaster. It's design is not intended to run for 24 hours a day, rather we supply you with 8 hours of generator run time per day, after that, we leave it to you, to cover any extra fuel expenses. This helps keep our costs down and regulated, translating to savings for you!! Thanks so much again, for choosing our boat for your vacation! We look forward to you having a super relaxing, and decompressing vacation with us!!
Oh, and be sure to ask about the "Secret Tiki" this has proven to be a huge hit with all of our guests!!! thanks, and see ya soon!!!

Great getaway
We had a great time! The area was beautiful. The boat was a little older but was very comfortable. Our host Mark was helpful in guiding us about the local hotspots/discounts. Renting the dinghy was worth the extra cost and we had a great time cruising around in it exploring the area. We would definitely plan on staying again.

It takes a special breed...
We had no worries...until we boarded a leaking dinghy (had to sit on the wet floor) and travel 15 minutes from the dock to the bay where the dilapidated boat was anchored. Did I mention that he charged us an EXTRA $110 for use of the dinghy?? I think our host (Mark) expected us to row ourselves and luggage a half mile to the boat... On the boat, no running water and no electricity unless you cranked up a loud stinky generator. There was a triple layer of flooring laid out to cover holes. Dirty plates and spoons in the drawers. Mark provided us with a cooler with ice and a couple gallons of water, TP and a headlamp. We were camping. We worried about getting to and from the boat. If the motor would start. If we could see in the pitch dark. Mark told us if we sank it was only 4 feet of water...and that he explained everything CLEARLY in the description. He told us..."it takes a special breed" to stay on a boat.

Good concept but needs to up his game
I loved the tranquility out on the boat, we rented the dinghy from him and that was the best part of the stay, Mark was very attentive and down to earth. I don’t know if the boat always has this problem or it was just bad timing for us. The water and electricity did not work so I could not stay as long as I would have liked. Could not cook, fridge wasn’t working. Other than that it was interesting.

Sunrise/sunset on the water
Can’t say enough about watching the sun rise and sunset everyday on the water! Beautiful, relaxing, serene. If you want a one of a kind experience, this could be it! The boat is a 36’ carver, plenty of space, but the fly bridge is the place to be! Lots of local places to eat and have a cocktail. With that said the stay is more in line with glamping. Fewer amenities. Mark is a great host and will get back to you with any questions. Enjoy!

Best vacation ever! We spent 5 nights on the boat and it was transformative! It was so relaxing. The title says it all "serenity at sea, leave all your worries behind" Completely true. We were fully able to experience the meaning of "Island Time" Time just doesn't seem to matter very much when you are sitting up top watching the sunset or dolphins swimming around the boat or watching sea rays jumping out of the water, or laying in bed hearing the waves lap against the hull. If you approach this rental with an open mind and can get past the idea that you are basically camping on a boat then you will have a great time. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, move on in your search. Bottom line, we didn't want to leave and will definitely go back. Pro tips: get the dinghy- going back and forth in a canoe would suck. And, as you are riding back and forth in the dinghy, check out all of the iguana's sunning themselves in the mangrove trees.

Mark was in constant communication with us the whole time to make sure we had everything we needed. I will say this trip is very fun, but as the ad says, you do need to be physically capable of moving from dock to boat and boat to boat as needed. He even took us on a evening tour of the bay in his personal boat. Great time.

Was a place with potential was pretty area But was poor communication said the gas was included and last all week then we had to pay for it was told once we were there to use the toilet which was a porta poti sparingly and to use the generator sparingly as well. Was told there would be an hour of bugs but had lasted all night .to get back into the community was told to call at least 20 minutes ahead of time and someone would be there we called and had to sit there for 45 minutes we were not given a code to return back in so to do excursions be prepared to base it upon what works for the owner.

The Best but not for the fancy nor faint of heart
You get to stay on the water in a secluded area!!! I absolutely loved it, and it was probably one of my favorite vacations!!! :-). But it’s also camping on the water mostly without running water, and AC only through a generator that only lasts about 7 hours total before you have to put more gas in the generator. And the AC is mostly just for the sleeping area — but works perfect for that purpose so you can sleep well :-). The boat is also older and so things do break, and it’s not in the best shape — hence the cheaper price — but you have all the necessities. And the owner, Mark, was good about getting us whatever we needed :-). There is a toilet onboard. And also a “shower,” which is private and indoors, and was really just a hose connected to a big bucket of fresh water — but perfect and just what we needed to get clean at the end of the day. There’s just enough dishes/silverware/cooking ware. Mark provides a grill that runs on portable propane. There’s a free canoe, or you can pay extra for a dinghy with an engine (if it’s available — we loved using it). Thanks for a great trip, Mark! :-). Oh and there are bugs — duh, it’s Florida — there are always bugs 🤪😝... especially “camping” outside. Enjoy! But don’t enjoy too much that it gets booked up, and there’s no space for us to come back ;-).
