"The house was exactly as described. It was very clean! The kitchen has everything you need to cook with as well as a nice grill outside. We loved sitting outside under the tiki roof to watch the boats go by. We were lucky to have many manatees visit over the two weeks including a momma and baby. The beds are nice and love having a nice washer/dryer to use. The hidden gem is having the membership to The Cabana Club!!! Had many days there relaxing. It is also very close to many dining options. "Was a great trip, the location of the home is amazing. Has a pool, hot tub, and is on the water. We rented a boat for a day, we were able to drive up to the house tie up to the dock and load and unload for our journey. "

"The property was great for our week long stay. We enjoyed the walks on the beach and the hours by the pool. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming and shared places to eat and things to do. The condo was just the right size for 4 adults and was quiet. Michael was great to work with and available for any questions or problems. The only issue would be if you have a problem with stairs."

"As advertised and well appointed. Perfect stay for our family! Pool was great! Only concern is the pavers around the pool are a little loose and the pilings to tie up a boat need repaired and updated. We would return! Thank you !"
