2 Suites (NOT Interconnected) + Heated Salt Pool (seasonal) + Hot Tub

WHAT YOU GET:
The first floor of the house is divided into two separate suites. - A Studio Suite and a 2 Bedroom Suite. The Suites are NOT interconnected.
This listing books both suites for a total of 3 bedrooms - which can comfortably accommodate 6 adults plus children.

Both Suites have their own private entrance and direct access to the backyard. Great for friends or two families staying together in one location but in their own private suites. The living room of the 2 bedroom suite is large enough for all to hang out while indoors.

Parking is free with 3 cars dedicated parking spots on the property.

THE SUITES:
- The Studio Suite has one king bed with high end memory foam medium density mattress. It also has a convertible futon style sofa bed (double).

- The 2 Bedroom Suite has the following:
Bedroom 1: King Bed with plush pillow top mattress.
Bedroom 2: Split King Bed with adjustable bed frames. This is the default bed set up.
On request (prior to arrival) we can have the beds set up the following ways:
A) Bridge the gap between the two mattresses for a no gap king bed. However the adjustable bed frames will not work in this setup.
B) Beds separated to have two twin XL beds for those that want their own individual beds but don’t mind sharing the room.

* Note 1: Each suite has its own full washroom. In addition, a third washroom (seasonal) is located at pool level for your exclusive use.
* Note 2: If you are a group of 4 - 6 people and require your own beds and need additional bed(s) to be set up (other than the 3 king beds in the 3 bedrooms) then a bedding cost of $50 per bed will apply. It will be an add on to the reservation and will need to be paid prior to arrival date.

Both suites have a well equipped kitchenette with bbq utensils and pots and pans. Air fryer, slow cooker, rice cooker and instant pot in the larger kitchenette space. THE SPACE:
Outdoors we have two gas BBQ’s and gas stove. Great for preparing breakfast or a quick meal. Pots, pans and cooking utensils provided. Enjoy your meal in one of our many dining/seating areas around the property.

Relax and enjoy the beautiful valley and lake views from our large viewing deck that sits at the top end of the property. Stone steps beside the pool lead up to the deck. Dining table seating to enjoy your supper with a glass of wine as you watch the sun set.

Also, the backyard in itself is private, surrounded by mature trees and backing onto a winery/orchard.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Please write us a short note about your group and trip. The front yard and backyard are shared areas by our family. However we limit the use of the backyard and its amenities to give guests their privacy when in use. Pool, Hot tub, backyard is only for people listed on this reservation. Please read our house rules before booking. Thank you
