The waterpark was what we came for and it was great for our almost 3 year old. We’d highly recommend to stay for the waterpark even though the hotel is very business-like. DO NOT EAT AT THE HOTEL unless you want to spend 2-3x as much as the hotel room cost on food! One minor issue was that our room temperature was up to 88 degrees due to a malfunction in the air system, but the maintenance man quickly responded and resolved the issue. He was extremely friendly. However, the front desk staff weren’t friendly and they were not open to listening to suggestions or concerns about how to improve the stay for their guests as I relayed that we were extremely disappointed in the expensive on site restaurant and the fact that the breakfast vouchers didn’t cover the drinks which were $15 for 2 glasses of orange juice and a child orange juice. The breakfast vouchers also didn’t allow our child to eat either unless he shared with us or we’d have to buy him a separate meal at an additional cost. We were told each room is only given 2 vouchers no matter how many people stay in the room. None of this information was relayed ahead of time when purchasing the vouchers.
