Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 4 to 5 ferry boats going to and from the island everyday in the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private home are rented out, most of these houses are built from local stone giving Kea its unique architectural style.

The apartment/maisonette is in the area of Vourkari, the picturesque marina of the island. This apartment/maisonette is ideal for those want to be close to the restaurants, cafes and bars, without the noise. The apartment can also be rented in the winter months as it has heating (boiler).

The apartment has a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds, that can be joined to make a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Outside there is a large shaded veranda with a a dining table, from there you have the most amazing view. Just sit back enjoy the view and relax!!
