Excellent value choice - hotel has all the necessities but falls short of a garden and an exercise facility. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, well furnished and air conditioned. Hotel has a restaurant and bar. We stayed for a week on business and it was the perfect balance of service offer and cost.

My husband & I stayed at Le Himalaya for 5 nights. The property is well located in Kathmandu. We found our room on 3rd floor well maintained and extremely comfortable. Staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Good variety at breakfast. Will definitely stay here on our next visit. Great find in Kathmandu
It was a great remodeled hotel full of beautiful traditional Nepalese art and decor. The bed was comfy, the room large and clean, the bathroom was modern and the hot shower after traveling 36 hours was great. The breakfast was superb and comparable to any other hotel I have stayed in. I had dinner at the hotel and the food was great as was the beer. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe and secure and the staff was always helpful and courteous.
