I always enjoy staying here. This time was a little different and probably just an exception. The room wasn’t thoroughly vacuumed and the fire alarms were going off at 6 am for a couple hours making it hard to sleep.

It's the only decent place that is convenient to our family. Room clean bed comfortable coffee machine didn't work and staff clearly didn't care. We stay there regularly but this time it appears to be deteriorating. First floor room was noisy.

When I arrived the front staff was not helpful and rude. The unit was dirty and I was traveling across country with all of my belongings in the car and the staff and parking area did not make me feel safe leaving my car all night. Overall a bad experience.

We had so much trouble getting the TV to work that we ended up having 3 different rooms over 2 nights. Robin was great in trying to solve our problem. I would like to ask for 1 nights refund due to the inconvience of having to move to 2 other rooms because the TV each had different problems.
