We were told this hotel was recently remodeled, so we made allowances for that. However, there were no coffee pots in the rooms. The coffee in the lobby was good, and was available 24/7. The pool and hot tub were nice. The water was turned off for a time. They did seem short of help, but those who helped us were kind. The breakfast was sparse.

Staff was very nice. I wanted to rate this higher for that reason, but unfortunately we had multiple dirty towels, used soap in the shower and on our final day we found dead bugs & dirty under sheets on the bed. Door on side of building could open without using a card. Not enough parking because of construction workers parking long ways taking up multiple spots.

The flooring was coming up. The toilet was the lowest I've ever seen. There was no guide to the TV. There was no wardrobe or place to hang clothes other than three hooks on the wall and no hangers. At check-in the man at the desk was great. I'd recently had an accident and was placed in a 1st floor room. The wifi was responsive.

Room was spacious but the AC was so loud it was hard to sleep. The rest of the property seemed to have no AC, the halls and lobby were unbearably warm. Parking lot was extremely crowded, it was hard to find parking.

We loved our room, it was very nice. We got a business room, so we had a sitting area with a sofa & chair. The bed was very comfortable & the room was clean. I think the hallway carpets could use a good cleaning, but other than that, it was very nice.

It was fine, nice if youre on a budget!
Hotel was fine, a bit run down but clean. AC worked great in rooms but was warm/humid in lobby and hallways. Continental breakfast was lacking in options, but free breakfast is free breakfast.

Hot tub wasn't even warm and there was exposed wire in it.. there wasn't any towel in the pool. The toilet got clogged and the seat broke. When called down to front desk they said it will take awhile to call maintenance in to fix it. We checked out 2 hours later it was still clogged . Not sure enough parking spots available.
