I cannot say enough about this hotel! There was nothing they were not willing to accomodate. From cleaning staff to security, valet services, front desk and bartenders/servers. If you get a chance check out the live music on the terrace 7th floor. The prices for drink (which are top notch) and food is so reasonable even with my crappy Canadian dollar. I will definitely be back at this hotel and will visit other Loews hotels when available. The beds are comfy, everything is super clean. The fitness room is one of the best Ive ever seen: large and state of the art machines etc.
