I love that La Quinta allows pets as the purpose of this trip was to pick up my dogs after being away from them for many months . My only negative with this stay was that they had some hot water issues and I wasn't told until arrival that they could not give me an estimate as to when it would be back on. The manager or staff should have notified guests that it was out prior to arrival when it had been out over a day . And also the suite the front desk upgraded us to was very oddly designed . There was no place to sit and visit with my guests as the two bedrooms just basically had a bed and dresser in them and there was no common area like most suites have . We would have done better to just do a regular room where we could have sat on our beds and chatted .

The Ice machine was broken. NO HOT water the three days I was there. Front desk kept saying that it would be fixed within an hour, which never happened. Found a bug in one of our beds. For Breakfast, the sausage was burn and not enough tater tots. The staff never provided clean towels and toilet paper. I don’t recommend this place. Called Expedia, they only offered me a $70 credit which I did not received.

We have stayed previously and absolutely had a great experience. This time around in our room there was a broken lamp the door to restroom did not close the tile in the restroom was moving and toilet was not to stable.

It was awesome. Staff was super helpful and friendly, room and amenities as advertised. Check in check out was easy. Only complaint was some details on the condition of the room. The shower would leak onto the floor and the tile on the bathroom floor was loose, but it seemed like they were doing work around the hotel so it was likely going to be fixed. Great price, service, and room. Will consider staying again next time we come to Olathe!

Not great, room was mostly clean, but looks like it hadn’t been mopped in months. Average stay. Parking for oversized vehicles or trailers was a joke. Park on the dirt/muddy lot beside the hotel.
