Front desk staff member over charged my credit card for the security deposit of and when we were checking out and I asked for my money back as it was only meant to be holding deposit, I was told they will raise it with management. I have sent multiple emails, phoned multiple times and still the manager will not call me back or respond to my emails. They have only refunded half of the holding deposit from my stay and I’m still owed the other half. Every thing was perfect with my stay except the theft of my money and non communication from management. Note: room was already paid via hotels.com and I’m only talking about the holding deposit on check in. The room was left perfect except we had slept in bed and used towels for shower. There is no reason for the hotel to not refund money
