The property was very clean. The furniture was in good repair. The mattresses were comfortable. And the breakfast was really nice. Less than 15 minute walk to the Kansas City Chiefs Stadium, which saves you in parking cost time getting in and out of the parking lot.

Our room was a king bed rm, with smaller then standard pillows. The A/C did not work properly. The price per night was outrageous, compared to what the room looked like. The outside of property was run down, everything needs updated.

Super convenient to Kauffman Stadium, avoids game parking. Staff was courteous although a bit difficult to understand. Rooms are adequate but outdated. Other party in our group really suffered with a host room because the air conditioner didn’t work even after maintenance looked at it. When it did finally run a little it was so noisy they had to turn it off to sleep.

I’ll admit I was a little skeptical of this place first due to immediate stadium location and temporary signage. But the desk clerk was kind. Unfortunately the first room they assigned us had industrial fans and such running due to some kind of water leak. But that was quickly straightened out. They gave us a pretty nice room after that. The beds were pretty hard and old. But… the price was right. Due to their kindness and location we will likely be back.

We stay here when going to Arrowhead Stadium. It's right across the interstate, so an easy walk. The staff are very helpful and courteous, and the hotel is clean. Parking is free and behind the hotel for security.
