There was an awful smell when we entered room. Reported and they offered to move, but we had to leave for wedding. They tried but it needs addressed. Also the toilet didn’t flush on first try ever so wonder if plumbing issue. Sewer smell.

This property looks great from the outside and when you walk in the lobby…. But the general hallways need help, the carpenting is horrible looking in wear and tear and smelling like an old airport. I’ve been at many Hilton Gardens in Orlando with a lot more tourism. I’ve never seen such nasty hallways on every floor. On the first in front of some of the conference room doors their is gross large stains… there is some wear and tear in rooms as well!!
