The people were friendly, blankets and bedding were warm and comfy enough; walls and loors were exceptionally thin for such a large hotel. We have stayed in hotels that were cheaper but less noisy from other floors and hotel cleaning staff. 4th floor room, could hear the cleaning staff talking in the hall way and chatting and vacuuming at 730 am. Between them and anyone going in ans out of doors and the halls on the floor below us walking around and using doors in the wee hours of the night I'm not sure which was noisier. Could hear neighbors coughing.

It was a nice facility but needs some maintenance and updating g in rooms and common areas. There were sections of carpet squares that were turned up—inviting a trip. And several pieces of furniture showed wear and need a touch up.
