Hotel was great. Only issue was at check in the elevator was not working so had to carry my suitcase up 4 flights of stairs. Other than that the room was nice and big, helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again

The check-in staff was friendly and efficient. When i went to the elevator, there was a sign advising it was not working. I walked to the second elevator and found a similar sign. Another employee told me that all elevators were inoperative. It was not difficult for me to carry my bags up the stairs, but many guests needed the elevator. The rooms are dated and noisy. Marriott should make some changes so they can be proud to have their name on the property.
