Arrived to find out the 2 queen w wheelchair accessible shower we reserved was not available. Had to settle for king bed while one adult slept on the fold out couch - didn't get much sleep. Hotel is very clean and nice, but we really needed the room we reserved. Very disappointing and only compensation that was offered is to refund our room, which at 10:00 pm was not helpful since other hotels in the area did not have a similar room available at that hour.

The rooms and common areas were very clean and the breakfasts were delicious. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was the pool due to it's small size. Everything else was fantastic!

The address was impossible to find. The 2 Lyft drivers were unable to get there we finally got one. Only one waste basket. No makeup mirror, no hair dryer.

We were in Belton for High School Baseball playoffs and stayed 2 nights. The hotel was conveniently located, with ample parking. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The only suggestion I have is the room was large and another chair would have been nice. The staff were all very friendly.
