Check in person was rude, had to wait for her to finish texting to acknowledge us. No TV remote in room. Missing light bulbs. Bathroom light only worked part of the time. Bathroom sink leaked on the floor. Two night stay, no maid service on first day, so no clean towels for second day. Smell of Marijuana everywhere including in the room

The room had roaches and the water didn’t get hot at night at all or early in the morning but the staff was really nice ! And I feel like since they allow ppl to have animals they should make them Pick up the poop and discard it bc nobody wants to walk on it or smell it everytime they come out their door

Not worth
The room was very bare, with much visible damage on walls. The kitchen sink leaked, and the stove top did not work. No light in fridge. No towels provided for bathroom. The room was designated as no smoking but reeked of cigars. And the walls were far from noise proof. Also the fire alarm for the whole building went off at 4am because people were smoking inside on the 3rd floor.

Having been assigned a room on the 3rd floor on the opposite side from the office pretty much made the No Factor decision. I’m 60 years old and having to walk up 3 flights of stairs with baggage and my pet was not acceptable. The staff, although nice, should take each guest and help, or lack of into consideration. And age. The hotel may be under renovations, I’m not sure, but the floor of the room was covered with nails and screws. There was no toliet paper and no bath towels. The remote to the TV was in pieces and well just unacceptable. I left and did not go back. I am disapointed.

The staff was great and very helpful. They were the most pleasant part of my stay there. The room wasn't very clean. The sheets had hair on them and the floor was not clean. In the middle of the night, on the first night there, there was a flying cockroach in the room. Housekeeping never came to my room, so I had to constantly ask for toilet paper. They never came to get the trash or give me fresh towels. Also, there was no phone in the room, so I had to constantly walk down to the office to get anything needed for the room.

Me and my family couldn’t even stay at the hotel it was so bad. Bathroom was disgusting! Kitchen area and refrigerator nasty! Floor was sticky! Oh yeah and the key didn’t work at all. When I let the front desk know she didn’t give me another one I was told to let them know when I need to get in my room. I was never offered another key! I would really like my money back we didn’t even stay in the room 3 hours.

We decided not to stay the night there. After checking in we did not feel safe. There were some sketchy looking folks in the parking lot. People were sitting on the stairs and didn't want to move. At one point, someone had their phone out taking pictures or video of my family. We left before getting to our room and booked a room across town

Exciting news! New management. The new GM, Tay'Yah, has hit the ground running and has already started making improvements to the property. She added a dog potty station, installed cameras for added security, and began remodeling the rooms. More improvements are coming, I bet. Come and stay with them.

It is what it is. It’s a no frills place to stay. No ice machine, no coffee maker, no cups. Just a bed, shower and a place to poop. I70 being in the backyard so to speak kept us awake , but there’s nothing they can do about that.
