The hotel and the staff were excellent. The place was modern and clean and fairly new I think. Wonderful location and right in the Plaza where you can walk everywhere. Room was spacious and comfortable. Good value for money in the Plaza area.

Nice room, very modern, attractive lobby. Street parking was easy, allowing us to avoid the rather expensive hotel parking. No housekeeping was provided in our two-night stay, and we expected housekeeping in a hotel of this caliber. We were not informed about this. When we asked, we were told housekeeping was provided for longer stays.

From the moment we walked in, i knew id love it. The staff has been super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very esthetically pleasing. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. The housekeeping staff could do a little better with cleaning the showers but I'm a bit snobbish about that, tbh. The bartender at this hotel was very nice. I sat at the bar and had a couple drinks and he and i talked for a few minutes (obviously i had to ask about bbq joints since im in kansas city). Overall, i am pleased with my visit and i will definitely return to this hotel at my next visit to KC.
