Sleeps 7, 3 BR Ski In/Ski Out Townhome in Echo Landing near Orient Chairlift

Imagine a cozy home to stay in while you enjoy the many activities Sun Peaks has to offer. Echo Landing is Sun Peaks newest development east of the village and our townhome is located a few steps away from the East Village Ski Way (and by a few steps, we mean we are the third unit closest to the path!). With an open concept floorplan and 1,500 sq. ft. of space, there’s plenty of room to spread out. Our townhome allows for peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle of the village, which is only a 12-minute walk to the center of town where you can visit the shops and restaurants. A free shuttle is offered during ski hours in winter to take you around town.

This home is a newer 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths unit. The main living space includes a living room with comfortable sectional seating and chairs to lounge on in front of the gas fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with beautiful wood cabinets, a gas range for those who love to cook, quartz countertops, all the cooking equipment necessary to cook your meals and a large island with 4 barstools. The dining room has a solid live edge wood table with a bench and chairs for your family and friends to gather around. The powder bathroom has heated tile floors (as do all the bathrooms in the unit). A spacious hot tub is located on the back patio. The tandem garage is heated with 2 wall heaters that run all winter long and is equipped with a commercial grade boot dryer that can dry up to six pairs of boots at a time. One of my favorite things about this unit is the close proximity to safe outdoor play for the kids. We are located at the end of the complex where traffic is minimal, a golf course is located directly behind the unit, which is great for building snow forts and sledding. The resort sledding hill is also located across the street in Parking Lot 6 and is free for all.

Great property, super communicative host. Would stay again. The small comment we'd make is that check out duties seemed a little larger than other places we've stayed and we didn't know about them until we had arrived (e.g., take all garbage to the transfer station, strip beds etc.)

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is as described. It was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Plenty of kitchen equipment and basics. Truly ski in and easy access out to the Orient lift. The garage is large and the boot heater / dryer was much appreciated. Hot tub and Weber BBQ were great. Rachel was great to deal with and most helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect perfect perfect
Arriving to a warm and clean house was so very welcome after a tough drive over to Coq Pass!! Kids all raced in to pick their beds, all very happy with their snowy views. The kitchen had everything we needed, the spa was hot and clean, the garage fitted the giant Tundra and bliss, warm ski boots and gloves in the morning with the dryer! 2 mins to the bottom of the ski lift and skied to the front door at the end of the day. Beautiful 15 min walk to the village via the village trail in the evenings for dinner. Rach was the perfect host with comms and helpful info. Gosh, we’d be back in a heart beat, pity New Zealand is so far away!!!

we loved this place! so comfortable and had everything we needed including soaps, extra linens/towels and even a variety of spices. beds were very comfortable and the fans in every bedroom helped cool us off after a hot day of hiking. really enjoyed the hot tub to relax in at the end of the day as well. will definately at this Sun Peaks condo to my 'favorites' and will try to be back next summer!

Beautiful place- perfect for a family
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in this beautiful, clean and quiet unit. It was perfect for our family of 4 plus our parents to stay all together. It was very clean, well stocked, spacious and really nicely decorated. The private hot tub was wonderful. The ski access using the East Village Ski Way couldn't have been easier. It was so quiet in the unit as well. It's a bit of a walk to the village but taking the Valley Trail is a beautiful walk and easy. The rooms had fans which my two children really appreciated as they use them at night at home. The couch is so big and comfortable for enjoying some relax time by the fire. Beautiful, upscale kitchen. This is a very loved unit that we would be happy to stay in again.

A great new place for family
Overall we really enjoyed our experience here. The property is new and very well presented. The beds were super comfortable, the place was warm and the location to the ski run - fantastic. Down sides, on us first entering the home, there was dust and dirt by the garage entrance door into the home, which we swept. Clumps of hair and other debris on the carpet, on the top floor, which we picked up. The dish washer was half full, which we emptied, one of the kids duvet covers had a spill / mark which we changed. Basically as paying guests we had to do housekeeping duties before settling in. We informed Rachel who responded after 12 hours with a reply that we felt should have been more accepting of the issues, and a response that would take responsibility and ensure these issues would be actioned so the next guest wouldn’t experience these things. We shouldn’t be the ones chasing property managers after informing you of these issues. We really do hope this feedback is taken seriously and service is improved as we feel this is a fantastic place that we would want to return to and share this with our friends and family. Thanks again - and over all we loved it!

Sun peaks is a beautiful area. If you are going to golf be prepared to drive an hour or hour and a half to a variety of challenging courses. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Annual Family Trip
The property is a wonderful place to relax and spend quality time with our family. Our hosts provide an inviting, clean and spacious accomodation for our family. This is the third year we have stayed at this property and our grandson throughout the year is asking when we are going back to the vacation house. It is a about a 10 minute walk into the village of Sun Peaks, and there are several trails to get the from the house. Wonderful place again this year; I am sure we will be back.

This was the most well appointed condo we have ever stayed in! Clean! Easy to access all amenities of the resort. Highly recommend! If there was any downfall it would be that the transfer station is closed on Tuesday so if you check out on Tuesday garbage disposal is a bit toughier. Just an FYI.

Clean Convenient Stay at Sun Peaks
What can we say? Our five night stay in the Echo Landing Townhome was thoroughly enjoyable. The close proximity of the home to the East Village Ski Way made reaching the slopes a breeze. The well appointed kitchen and living area as well as the hot tub made for truly relaxing evenings. Ten minute walk and we were in the village. Here's the highlights. The home was very, very clean. We loved the garage with the ski/board racks, bench and glove/boot dryer. A half ton pickup truck and a compact car fit fine. All found the beds very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub was great at the end of the day and was serviced daily. Many other thoughtful touches made for a very comfortable stay. Upon arrival the kettle wasn't working. One quick call and a new one was dropped off the next morning. Excellent service. We would definitely stay in this unit again given the opportunity.

Wonderful property!
This property is just as shown. The ski in/ski out is easy, the hot tub was so needed at the end of the day makes the holiday for us. The entire house was very well maintained and clean. We would definitely book this again.

Nice clean property with extra touches
It was easy to check in, all of the information is provided ahead of time and the expectations were clear. The property was clean, stylish and well laid out. The garage with the glove warmer made sure our gear was always warm and dry each day. There are a number of extra touches that make the propert special including games, sleds, a playpen and the bathroom basics. The hot tub is lovely with deep seats and jets. The only downside is the location. It’s too far to walk in to the village or main lifts but it’s only a 5 min drive. The neighbors were loud but that’s not to do with the property or the host.

This was the second time staying here. It is a wonderful place, nice and clean with ample parking. Having the hot tub is wonderful after a day of activities. Rachel, our host, is very quick to respond to any requests we may have. We will definitely be back!

Really great place to stay. Nice touches such as popcorn and hand sanitizer put out, the kids loved the welchers! Super nice decor and everything we needed was available. Very close to the village and trails and great space for families. We came when it was particularly hot and could have done with aircon but we managed, as there were 4 very good fans. We would come back for sure!

Weekend birthday getaway
Stayed here for 3 nights, our first time at Sun Peaks and had a wonderful time. The place was as posted and very beautiful. We all enjoyed our stay very much. You need to bring all cooking spices, condiments etc. Very minor issues: there was no potato masher, so scrub sponges, just sponges which makes it a bit longer to wash dishes, the shower head in master bathroom was not a hit with us at all unfortunately, it is a magnetic handheld sprayer which you couldn't adjust the direction of water, so made showering a bit more difficult than normal, but as mentioned minor issues. If you're looking for a great relaxing getaway I would definitely recommend this beautiful townhouse. It accommodated 7 of us perfectly.

Great location and beautiful townhome! Less than 10 min walk to the village but steps from the trail to ski down to orient chair and super simple ski back from the village lifts. Perfect for our family of four - Loved this spot!
