Good clean, spacious hotel. Prices still kind of high for what you get. But that’s still the case everywhere. We got a bit of run-around trying to secure early check-in. We had an early event to attend. We simply wanted to know so that we knew when we could leave the Lower Mainland for Kamloops. In the days leading up to our stay…we kept calling to ask. Staff kept telling us to “call back tomorrow”. Even the early morning of our stay. Most frustrating we rarely ask for early check-in, but whenever we have, we’ve never run into this before…until this place

Guest parking was very limited unless you wanted to park at the Convention area of the property. Being that this property is located in a rather Shady area of Kamloops, onsite security should be present. Front desk representative on Saturday night could also use some customer service training, she was rather arrogant and rude to us as guests. Dining at the property was excellent and the staff was great!

So conveniently located for our in and out trip home from Calgary. The pool and hot tub were just what we needed. Beds were so comfortable and it was clean and quiet. This will be our go to stop on all our future trips through Kamloops.

This was a perfect stop for one night. Our room was clean and spacious and quiet. We looked over the valley rather than the atrium and pool which I think was a good choice for us. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There was a great restaurant just across the street (On the Rocks). Ample parking was available. Staff were polite and helpful.
