In the newly remodeled kitchen, stainless steel appliances and stone countertops invite your inner chef out to play in the modern kitchen. Plenty of cookware and gadgets are on hand. Coffee maker (both regular and Nespresso), toaster, blender, hand mixer, etc. When it’s time to eat, gather at the large farmhouse 9’ dining table.

The home is located on ‘All Sports’ Chief Lake; a beautiful spring-fed 126-acre lake just minutes to everything. If you or other guests like to fish, the lake is primarily known for Pike, Bass, and Crappie.
The location is absolutely perfect! Just 2 minutes off of US-31 or 6 minutes to M22; (the most scenic road in northern Michigan & the gateway to northern MI). The home is a short drive to everything. - Damage Deposit $250 credit card hold is placed 2 days after check-in, and released in 7 days.
No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed. Smoking inside will result in a minimum $1,000 charge. Parties or events are strictly prohibited, and if reported, guests may be asked to vacate the rental without a refund. Pets are not permitted inside or on the grounds, with a minimum $250 fine for violations. Please observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. The number of guests must be disclosed at the time of reservation, and at no time can the number of persons exceed the maximum occupancy. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and occupy the rental property for the entire reservation term. Guests under 25 are not allowed unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
