Suite was nice size and roomy, but second bed was terrible. It was a couch pull out twin size bed with an uncomfortable mattress, even after it was taken out and put on the floor.

Battle Creek visit.
Loved the room. Very spacious. (King with pull out couch). Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Good Breakfast. Hot tub was closed 2 of 3 nights there. (Whole spa closed?) Staff was very friendly and kind.

the clerk that checked us in that morning was amazing. we were in a time crunch and she got us into a room immediately. sunday morning crew was awesome as well. I can't say enough good things about the employees at this hotel

This is usually the place I stay when I go to Michigan. This time, however, was very disappointing because the elevator was broken and I was put on the 3rd floor. If I were younger and in better health it wouldn't have been a problem. Thankfully another guest carried my suitcase upstairs for me.

This hotels elevator was broken. They could not accommodate us on main floor and we received no notice.The bathroom needed work. Baseboards falling apart. Customer service was just ok.
