It was kind of scary. The room was picked up but apparently wiped down with a sticky cloth, the TV got only one channel and the traffic noise kept us up most of the night.

Our stay wasn’t terrible but probably wouldn’t stay there again. The property is outdated and doesn’t seem the cleanest. The staff was friendly. We were disappointed that we were told the pool was closed for the weekend when we arrived due to them not being able to clean it.

The stay was Great but they need to do better cleaning the room and bathroom with was hair on the floor and bathtub. Hotel towel had light red spots on it and my room was smelling like cigarettes.. The pool and hot tub with you can’t used.

Under new management. And the lady that checked us in. Seemed like she didn’t want to wait on us. The plumbing was ok leaking fault. The breakfast was terrible. And it kept going from there

The check in was great. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room and hotel needs an update. Stained hall carpet, worn woodwork, stained tile, toilet seat loose and missing items in the room( face cloths and coffee brewer.. but had coffee?) And dead bolt didn’t work or hair dryer didn’t either ( dryer easily replaced) ). It is a non smoking hotel but an odor of cannabis in the halls. We went late to breakfast and we didn’t have options since it was depleted. Our fault but messy around the items like the crowd had been and gone. Would not repeat.

I booked this property for a one night stay through Orbitz, paid for it and received a confirmation number, went to check in and no rooms were available even though I had a confirmation number. Took me 30 minutes to get my money refunded then they wanted to try and charge me a cancellation charge and I did not cancel they did not have a room available. I do not feel confident in booking a room through Orbitz because there’s a chance you won’t have a room.

I was waiting for several hours past my check in time. The room was aweful, the headboard was broken, the smoke detector was hanging off the wall. The plaster for the walls was chipping and falling off along the base boards. What appeared to be either mold or water damage along the baseboards and or ceiling. I wasnt impressed with the quality and the extended wait time after supposed check in. I left right after.

Double check before you drive
I booked it on hotel.com after I drove 30 miles out of my way to sleep but to my surprise when I arrived 2am dead tired from 6 hours on the road the lady at front desk informed me they were over booked and my reservation was no good!! And if that wasn't enough hassle at 2 am they moved my reservation to the next day instead of cancelling it like I requested so after 18 hours of driving 2 days of crappy sleep I had to come home and spend another 20 minutes making sure I don't get billed for something I didn't use. I'm all about saving money and rewards but this was not the way. save your money stay away from hotel.com

Hotel in transition to new owner. Was told at the front desk: if anything’s broken or not working please let us know and we’ll try to fix it. Curtains not hooked all the way across and hanging. Couch cushion placed backwards wit the zipper facing out. Bath fan horrible noise.

There property is under renovations so behind the curtains they are working endlessly to bring this baymont back to life! The staff is amazing and very kind, even after pulling doubles! Also they are under new management. The manager on site there is a wonderful woman!

Check in time took way to long. Got to the room floor was very dirty. On top of this smoke alarm was hanging by the wires. Tried to watch TV it was broken. Also tried to call the front desk and the phone wasn't connected at all to power or to a phone line. Oh tried to get ice and the ice machine was busted.
