I enjoyed my stay very much.
The location is amazing. All the good restaurants are right on the boardwalk. You don't have to go far at all steak, seafood, burger, shaved ice, I think I saw sushi too. Definitely recommend Fish Hopper. The hotel has beach chairs, towels and umbrellas for you to borrow for the day. And coffee at the lobby during morning time. You can also rent their bike for free. They also have free self service laundry for you to use. But you need to get your own detergent. You can get that in the ABC store on the boardwalk. Free Wash & Dry. That's the $25/day amenity fees are for. It actually will show on your hotel.com billing. It's not hidden. I like them honest. They also has chilled water machine and ice machine on the first floor. If you have a car, and you want to use their lots, there's another $25/day parking. And the parking got a little tight at night in the main lot. If you got a good spot already, Don't move it until you really have to. They have a overflow lot about 5 mins walk from the property. And the staffs their are very nice and courteous. I love them all. My room has a great view at the harbor.

We stayed there almost the week and our room was cleaned once. No place to hang wet towels in the bathroom. Huge spot on the carpet. Only a Small bench on the lanai for sitting. Not enough parking for customers, be prepared to park off property until you can get a pass. Staff could have been friendlier.

I had a reservation. Room was not ready when I got there, so I left. When I came back they didn’t have a room ready for me and were scrambling to find one. They ended up putting me in another building with no view, which I paid for. It was on the ground floor down a dark alley like sidewalk. They have put 2 -$250 charges and another for $277. I stayed there 1 week before and I had a decent room, but this ruined it for me.

Great place to stay...beautiful pool area and rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly! Paid for parking spot, and there was not one when we came back late one night. After driving around for a few, luckily someone had left. Had they not, not sure what we would have been able to do.
