Staffs are excellent. Hotel provides transportation to and from city. Shops are close by. View of Sakurajima is priceless. Onsen is so relaxing after a day out.

Perfect hotel with magnificient view of the Sakurajima volcano and bay. - Our room was very spacious with two airconds, great beddings, bright clean bathroom, good amenities - Breakfast was great and nicely presented. - Free shuttle bus to the chuo line. - Staff and services were top notch, probably one of the best we have come across. I booked with half board option with dinner and breakfast. My room was a bit oudated but it was clean and nice. The buffet breakfast and dinner had plenty of choices, and both were great. The hotel had other restaurants too so you dont have to eat their buffet if you dont want. The onsen was also great with a view of the volcano. The free shuttle was also great. I really enjoyed my two night stay here.

Whilst the hotel is a little dated it was clean and the staff very helpful. A good base hotel for exploring the local area and taking a trip to Yakushima via the local ferry a couple km's away.
