Very old and dated. Ceilings in bathroom were coming dow and pipes were visible. Baseboards were old not flush with wood work, huge cockroach from our towels sitting in the bathroom sink was in our room the second day. We were moved to another room and although it was nicer it still had the same dirty feel from the 1960’s ceilings and trim. The pool was hot, small, crowded, not refreshing at all. The front desk people and towel/beach employees were all very lovely. If it wasn’t for them I would have moved to a different property.

We loved this property so much, cannot wait to go back. We stayed in a Stunning 2 bed 2 bath ocean view and i was so much more than we were expecting. the staff is so attentive and friendly. The property is beach front, super close to black rock and close to so many dining options. This will be our go to stay when coming to Maui.

This is our second stay in 2 weeks at this property. We had family in town and we chose this as our "staycation". Our first stay was amazing, unit was fully stocked with all necessities. Our next stay we paid for ocean FRONT vs VIEW the previous stay and we were given an oceanview unit. We were able to change units. Second unit had the amazing views but no necessities like salt and pepper and the coffee machine and toaster did not work. Overall the staff was somewhat accommodating but did not go above any beyond with their customer service. Considering the location of the resort we would stay again but not at full prices!

Condo Room 952 was an awesome view with a wrap around balcony with oceanfront views, koa fish pond view, and pool view. It was quite, clean, spacious. It has a kitchen, dining area, living room , two bedrooms and bathrooms. It was Leigh and had windows all the way around. Also, it has two doors. One thst comes into the main living area and the other that goes into the master bedroom. I highly recommend staying here.
