HOUSE RULES - KAANAPALI HINI at KAANAPALI VISTA
Warm alohas and welcomes! To ensure a harmonious stay for all, we've set forth some house rules, mirroring the standards of a high-end resort or hotel. Kindly review and acknowledge our stipulated policies for Kaanapali Hini at Kaanapali Vista:
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM till 8:00 AM, seven days a week. During these times, noise levels shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not exceed what would normally be associated with a residential area. Outside sound systems should not exceed “HALF” levels past 9:00 PM. This policy is strictly enforced.
Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short-term rental home is prohibited.
PARKING POLICIES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED BY COUNTY REGULATION. ALL vehicles shall be parked in the driveway ONLY. Driveway parking is ample for two vehicles or more. On-street parking is strictly prohibited at ALL TIMES.
Parties or group gatherings other than registered guests are prohibited.
Guests must thoroughly wash off suntan lotions before sitting on furnishings.
Running and “horseplay” is absolutely forbidden around the pool area(s).
SMOKING is allowed in one area (the designated smoking area) ONLY. SMOKING is absolutely forbidden in the home, and any guest who smokes in the home (or close enough to the home to cause the smoke odor to enter the home) will be assessed a $2,000 penalty. Smoking should NOT OCCUR anywhere that would cause the inside of the home to smell of smoke.
