Hale Holokai is a newly remodeled six-bedroom home with a private pool located across from Ka'anapali Beach Resort on the island of Maui. The house features two master suites and additional bedrooms to comfortably fit two to three families. The layout is ideal for families who want to vacation together and also explore all the beaches, activities and restaurants around Maui. Ka'anapali Beach has been consistently rated the top beach in America by Condi Nast magazine.

Our Story: The Maui House is located in the first residential neighborhood of Ka'anapali built in 1971, called Ka'anapali Vista or Hanakao'o, directly across from the world famous Ka'anapali Resort. The owners discovered this neighborhood back in the mid 1990's when they worked on Maui for seven years and believe this is the best island in the world. Maui is No Ka Oi – the best. Today they enjoy this home with their family and hope you experience the aloha of Maui during your stay.
Vacation Tips: We recommend that you stop by Coscto once you land in Kahului airport and pick up groceries for your stay. The kitchen, BBQ and layout of the house is perfect for family meals and fun. Usually guests start their day with a trip to the beach, snorkeling or any one of the many Maui activities and then return to the house in the afternoon for some relaxing by the pool which is normally 80 degrees. Then you can BBQ or go into Lahaina or Ka'anapali for worldclass restaurants and music. Some of our favorites are Merrimans, Mala's, Pacifico's, The Gazebos, Castaway Café, Hula Grill, Leilani's on the beach, Roy's and Star Noodle. Also, Foodland Farms has the best local Poke in town.

D I S C L O S U R E S:
1. Manager/Owner reserves the right to refuse service to any person(s), for any reason.
2. Any stay less than seven nights must fit into our calendar, and is subject to our discretion/approval.
3. Nightly rates are subject to change without notice. Once you have entered into a Rental Agreement, you are GUARANTEED the rate that is stated in your Rental Agreement.
4. All reservations require a credit card number to reserve a suite. You may pay by check, but a credit card is required to secure a reservation. We use a third party that has extremely high PCI compliant standards (Streamline Vacation Rental Software).

HALE Holokai AT KAANAPALI VISTA
Aloha and welcome to Hale Holokai at Kaanapali Vista. As with any Resort or Hotel, there are: policies and regulations that are required of all Guests. Please acknowledge the following list of policies, rules and regulations for Hale Holokai at Kaanapali Vista:
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM, till 8:00 AM, seven days a week. During these times, noise levels shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area. Outside sound systems should not exceed “HALF” levels past 9:00 PM. This policy is strictly enforced.
Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short-term rental home is prohibited.
PARKING POLICIES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED BY COUNTY REGULATION. ALL vehicles shall be parked in the driveway ONLY. There is ample parking for three vehicles or more. On-street parking is strictly prohibited at ALL TIMES.
A maximum of 12 occupants are allowed to stay overnight at the property per Maui County requirement. Any change to occupants listed must be approved by the host. Guest may have other occupants at the property during daytime hours, but ALL vehicles parked on the premises must be approved by the host in advance. If the host suspects at anytime that occupants other than the ones listed in this section have stayed overnight at the property, the host reserves the right to inspect the property and to cancel the remainder of the reservation with NO REFUND.
There is absolutely NO street parking per Maui County requirement during the day or at night. If any cars are parked on the street, the host reserves the right to cancel the remainder of the reservation with NO REFUND. ALL Cars must be parked inside the driveway. The maximum number of cars allowed in the driveway at any time is 4 cars. If more than 4 cars are parked in the driveway, the host reserves the right to cancel the remainder of the reservation with NO REFUND.
Prior to accepting your booking, you must inform host of the number of vehicles that will be parked on the premises. Any change the number of vehicles listed above must approved by the host
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE POLICIES
No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur.
Suntan lotions should be thoroughly washed before sitting on furnishings.
There is NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY. Swim at your own risk.
Running and “horse-play” is absolutely forbidden around the pool area(s).
SMOKING AREA is allowed in one area ONLY. Smoking is allowed in the chaise lounges at the outer edge of the pool area, and there is a sign designating this area. SMOKING is absolutely forbidden in the home, and a $2,000 penalty will be assessed to any guest that smokes in the home (Or too close to the home that would cause the odor of smoke within the home). Smoking should NOT OCCUR anywhere that would cause the inside of the home to smell of smoke.
