The Farmhouse was the featured setting for the movie, The Dinner Guest. It has also been the scene of many special family vacations. We welcome you, your friends and family to come visit and create your own special memories. Enjoy an espresso or glass of wine while relaxing in a rocking chair or glider on the spacious, covered, wraparound front porch. Also on the veranda is a bistro table for two, which is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the crisp morning air or listen to the wildlife in the evenings. Relax in front of the wood-burning, stone fireplace in the living room or settle in by the lovely cherry fireplace in the master bedroom retreat.

Your well-behaved dogs will love exploring the property, while the children can busy themselves finding and counting our “hidden chickens” or playing a rousing game of pool, or darts. The large cook's kitchen is fully equipped with your every need in mind. Enjoy dining under the stars in the outdoor pavilion or a romantic meal in the dining room with its own cozy fireplace. After dinner, relax in the infrared sauna or soak in the deluxe 8 person spa, then enjoy Smores in front of a crackling fire in the patio’s chiminea.

There are three bedrooms in The Farmhouse, all featuring premium mattresses with waterproof, allergy-free covers, premium sheets and ceiling fans. The Garden Room is decorated with bright florals and features a comfortable rocking chair with lamp perfect for resting or reading. Beautiful treetop views can be seen from the very comfy queen bed. This room has a large walk in closet and luggage rack for your use. The Stars & Stripes Room is decorated Americana-style and has an antique, hand-carved, pineapple poster queen pillow-top bed. You will enjoy sitting in the over-stuffed blue chair, wrapped up in a blanket enjoying your coffee or resting for a bit. Views of the tree tops outside can be enjoyed while relaxing in the cozy queen bed. This room has a walk-in closet and luggage rack to ease unpacking and settling in. These two rooms are adjacent to a large, sunny bathroom with a soaking tub that is perfect for bubble baths.

The warm, romantic master bedroom has a king-size bed, large bay windows, a seating area with a cherry fireplace, custom balloon valances with blackout shades and a dressing area and bathroom. There is a large, 32” HD flat-screen TV that can be viewed from the bed or sitting area. You will love waking up to the warmth of this room and enjoying a slow start to your day in front of the fireplace. The large, two person shower is the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. There is a large closet with soft, fluffy bathrobes for you to enjoy while you are our guest.

Downstairs you’ll find the dining room with its large bay windows, French lace curtains, a fireplace, and beautiful chandelier. The centerpiece is a large farm table, perfect for your family gathering. Adjacent sits an antique pine sideboard filled with all you need to create a special time together.

The breakfast room, adjacent to the kitchen, offers a second dinning table that can expand to seat 8. The adjoining living room features a large stone, wood-burning fireplace, a 54” flatscreen HDTV, fire stick with cable tv and a DVD player. In the hall, guests will find a closet containing a large DVD library, along with books, puzzles and games for the whole family. Not to be left out, there are extra leashes and toys for “Fido,” as well.

We are please to announce, The Roost, a large barn converted to your perfect family hangout. We have a wood burning fireplace (ready January 2023) poker table and chips, shuffle board and corn hole. This huge, charming space has ample seating to sit back and enjoy a move on our large screen TV while the snow falls all around. If you look closely, you will find some hidden features all around The Roost.

High-speed internet and cable are throughout the home to enhance your experience.
Meandering about the property, one is able to enjoy the beauty and privacy of the tree-filled grounds shaded by over 100 oak trees and numerous manzanita. Winter can bring deep snow, Spring ushers in the daffodils, Summer has fragrant, climbing roses and wisteria twining around the front porch, and Fall, with its beautiful colors, is a visual delight. Scrub Jays are constant visitors, especially when the feeder is filled with their favorite treat, peanuts in the shell. Adirondack chairs, on a ledge-rock raised patio, are a comfortable place to stargaze by the fire pit. Both an outdoor gas grill and charcoal BBQ are ready to fire up for your next cookout. Heaven!
