Nestled in the heart of Juan de Fuca's natural playground, it's the perfect base for adventure. Here are some wonderful amenities you can enjoy during your stay:

**Outdoor Antique Clawfoot Tub** with Epsom salts provided for a relaxing soak under the stars.

**Outdoor shower** for a refreshing nature experience.

**Fire pit outdoors** – wood, paper, and matches all provided for cozy evenings by the fire. Roasting sticks and Marshmallows also available for enjoyment.
(No extra charge for wood)

**Indoor gas fireplace** for warmth and ambiance.

**Concrete floors** – be sure to bring slippers or warm socks, as the floors are NOT heated.

**Queen bed** with soft cotton bedding for a restful night's sleep.

**Fully stocked kitchen** with essential spices, oil, organic fair trade coffee, sugar, various teas, and popcorn, along with an air-popping machine and Nutritional Yeast
(BYO butter)

**Full indoor bathroom** with vegan and cruelty-free soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body cream, and fresh towels and face cloths.

**A loft for relaxing**, reading, or stargazing through the skylight (accessed via a ladder).

**Pet-friendly** pet bowls, towel, sheet and poo bags provided.
We have a friendly Shepherd mix on the property who enjoys roaming the shared 2.75 acres. Please message us if your pet is not interested in meeting a young playful pup. Other dogs roam through the property, but are just passing through. Please don't feed them.

We live on the property, but will give you lots of space and privacy

Please Note:

Power Outages: Due to our rural location, power outages can occasionally occur during the winter months. We recommend being prepared for this possibility.

Cell Service: Reception in the Jordan River area and surrounding communities can be spotty. This can be a perfect opportunity to truly disconnect and escape

Wifi: We provide Starlink satellite internet, which may not be as fast as city Wi-Fi, but it's the best available in Jordan River, and we're grateful to have it.

Level 1 changing available with request.


***WINTER MONTHS***
If the temperature is going to be below 0° during your stay the outdoor Shower and Tub will be disconnected and un available for use so our pipes don't freeze.

**SUMMER MONTHS**
If there are fire bans in our area during your stay, No fires are allowed on the property or anywhere in the community



There are only a few coffee shops and restaurant's about 3-15 min drive from the cabin. The closest grocery store is Sooke which is about 30 min drive.
We would suggest grabbing some snacks and drinks before coming out to Jordan River.

-Pets that will be visiting are not to be left in the cabin unattended.

The cabin features its own private driveway, separate from ours, ensuring complete privacy during your stay. You’ll have full access to enjoy the cabin, the grassy area beside it, the yard in front, and the peaceful forest views.
