Excellent service at the front desk. The staff is very friendly. I would be nice if they offered free coffee in the morning or had a coffee machine in each room b/c as it currently is, you have to go to the coffee shop there to purchase coffee.

We loved our stay at Eagle Cap chalet. We had an end room, and off our bathroom was a Little balcon Overlooking the back of the property. Not overly private, but sweet nonetheless. There was a deer bedded down right underneath two nights in a row. The room was very clean, spacious and had all the great amenities. Water bottles, coffee, luxury, toiletries, etc. and bed was pleasantly comfortable. I loved having the big oversized bathtub too. Hotel was close to everything and we walked everywhere.

Location
I would highly recommend this place. Great for walking, close to tram, which was amazing, by the way. Short drive to Joseph, with many shops, restaurants. The staff was above accommodating.
