We have stayed at this property before and had no problem. This time, the first issue was that the key cards didn't work and we had to have staff come open our door for us. The first room we were assigned had a toilet that wouldn't flush. We asked for staff to come look at it, and when we got back from dinner, nothing had been done. We returned to the front desk and they offered us another room. This room had a non-working air conditioner. Finally, the third room they assigned us, which had two queens instead of the king we had reserved, was fine except there was no mattress pad on either bed. While the staff was helpful (except for having to follow up on the non-working toilet), the situation really wasn't acceptable.
