Plumbing was horrible (commodes would not flush), beds are horrible and not queen size as described, stains on sheets and comforters, key cards would work every now and then. Not sure how it has such good reviews but would not recommend!!

Horrible 4 day stay. We, an 82 man & 73 year old lady were evicted on 4th night at 12:06 am in 26 degree weather for complaining about the card key not working. Both employees need serious training in anger management & respect for not only elderly but all customers of their establishment. The lady employee almost jumped over the counter yelling at me saying if I didn’t shut up & listen to the man, that looked like a weary traveler’& not an employee, she would evict me. My lady friend went to find out what was going on & the male worker ended up evicting both of us at midnight in 26 degree whether . We were escorted out by 3 fully dressed & armed Johnson City officers. Shameful conduct for anyone serving the public. The police officers were very courteous, professional & respectful.

The check in process was a little long because employee's were talking. The room we stayed in was "smoke free" but as soon as you walk in you can smell cigarette smoke. When we turned the heat on in the room the smell got so much worse. After being in the room a couple of sleeping we woke up not able to breathe due to the smell.

I would like to start by saying that the front desk staff were awesome and very user friendly. My only issue was our room definitely smelled like cigarettes and some of the utilities looked like they should of been replaced a whole ago. Given we needed a room last minute I didn't raise any stink( no pun intended).
