Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Terrible service and a mildew problem
The service was terrible. Their wifi and dstv didn't work, and we went to ask if they were going to try and resolve the problem. Just got a shrugg of the should as a reply. The room was so damaged by water leaks, that it smelt of mildew. I will never, ever stay there again, and would not recommend anyone else to stay there either.
Stayed 3 nights in Dec 2019
