Room not ready at 1530 in the day of check-in. Superior suite with 50%of light busted, after 2 days few was replaced but unfortunately the one above the bed was not possible to turn-off, so I sleep with light on. Air condition very noising and leaking water inside the room. All forniture in very bad condition, also several times I was running behaving the stewardess at 1800 for clean my room and replace towels. All was addressed to the manager but nothing change and no any kind of reimbursement was proposed.

Estadia simples, mas confortável.
A experiência no geral foi ótima, fomos bem atendidos, check-in e checkout rápidos, água mineral mais em conta no hotel, ótimo café da manhã, estava incluso, prestem atenção nisso se sua estadia está incluso o café ou não. Ótima recepção, estadia bem tranquila, sem barulho, quarto limpo, toalhas e serviço de quarto rápido, fiquei no apto 419, bem amplo e limpo para um casal, tv a cabo, mas com canais básicos, não tem muita variedade de filmes, séries e programas de tv, mas atende bem. Telefone com ramal para recepção, tem piscina mas é pequena, mas não experimentei a água, estive mais na praia mesmo. A água do chuveiro é forte e quente. Um ponto a melhorar seria o conforto cama, mas dá pra descansar bem. Qualquer coisa pede pra falar com o gerente Lupicini, uma pessoa muito legal e resolve tudo por lá.

Chegamos e nos colocaram em um quarto com uma construção ao lado, maior barulho, solicitamos a troca e no outro dia nos trocaram de quarto. As toalhas dizem que trocam a cada 2 dias o que não ocorreu, com 3 dias tive que pedir a troca, fiquei 7 diarias e não foi trocado roupas de camas nenhuma vez. Os funcionarios são atenciosos. Terraço com cheiro de cigarro insuportavel. Piscina pequena

O quarto do flat é grande e ele é bem localizado e com um bom café da manhã. Mas parece meio cansado, como vi em um outro comentário. As roupas de cama estão precisando ser renovadas e os quartos precisam de manutenção em alguns pontos. O estacionamento é pago (15 reais) e estava lotado qdo cheguei, mas consegui vaga. Por ser flat, tem outros quartos q são privados e reformados, talvez consigam alugar de algum outro modo.

A localização é excelente e o café da manhã bem variado. A cama e os lençois e toalhas precisam de mais atenção, estavam limpos, mas já havia rasgos e estavam mais encardidos. O estacionamento é pago. Carece de manutenção, mas está dentro da expectativa pelo valor da diária.

Esperava mais por ser um flat, o sofá nem dava pra sentar de tão duro dá pra sentir a madeira na bunda e nas costas, cadeira que não muda posição, o colchão pedimos para trocar, no que foi prontamente atendido. O estacionamento é pago e muito cheio. O local de café da manhã é muito apertado, tem de ficar fazendo malabarismo para passar entre as mesas.A localização compensa na comodidade.
