Excellent hotel for the money !
I think this hotel deserves better rating than what it is showing on website. I chose the rate including breakfast, and it is well worth it. There are many varieties of choices including both western and Chinese and the restaurant is clean and spacious. All the serving staff were excellent with one exception - a very mean young waitress at breakfast time. The buffet dinner was excellent too, especially we paid for one and got the second person free as we are over age 60. Though the hotel is not near any train or subway station, there are many local bus routes nearby. There are two big shopping centers, one within 5 minute and the other 10 minute walk. I will definitely stay there again on future visits.

Nice hotel and close to university
Very good experience. Had a problem with AC in the room. Called the front desk and they had maintenance up within 5 minutes at around 10pm and they fixed the problem. Very pleased with their responsivness.

This hotel does not have a very good neighborhood, the taxi going in/out of this hotel to/from airport will charge you a lot and not by meter. If you don't speak their luggage, for sure they will overcharge you. Room service was terrible too, I have to keep calling and chasing them for my food 5am in the morning.; very sad of this hotel.

Nice hotel with pretty decent accommodations
I stayed here at the recommendation of my contact in Jinan. This hotel was located about 5 minutes from her personal residence so it was convenient for her to pick me up/drop me off from the airport. The inside looks much better than the outside. I will probably stay here again next time I visit Jinan.
