"We as a family stayed at the Bharuch Hyatt over 9 nights receiving excellent comfort and hospitality in the middle of hustle and bustle of Bharuch Such a calm, clean and tranquil atmosphere about the place with constantly attentive staff. They were happy to accommodate needs. All staff were always professional and helpful by going beyond there job to help in making the stay easy and comfortable The rooms were cleaned everyday to a high standard The greeting staff and desk staff were always polite, helpful and smiling. The breakfast team was excellent always helping and going beyond to help with dietary needs The house keeping were always polite and professional To name a few staff would injustice But will still name those I remember by name Hetal, Dilip and Sachin Greeters including gate keepers Vikash, Arun, Guru, Kissel, Chung, Varsha, And all the kitchen staff. Ikram , Manan and all front desk All housekeeping staff Definitely recommend to others and visit again "

"The property is very good and maintained. It is newly built property launched in Sept 2024. The staff is still trying to make the stuffs convenient to the guests. Swimming pool was dirty with Haze water and a lot of seasonal insects into it. Some of the guests were enjoying in the pool wearing street cloths and night wears. No one prompted them to wear appropriate costumes. We brought our swimming costumes but could not enjoy looking to the conditions above. Breakfast was average with respect to the expected taste considering a Sayaji hotel chain. I hope, stay will be more comfortable once the staff gets tuned to the property in some coming months. TV was not working as required reacharge amount was not loaded. It was still not loaded till the checkout even after calling at the reception desk on the day of checkin itself. No towel racks in the bathroom. Importantly, Guests get bored staying in the room only through the hotel stay as the property is missing indoor game facility and reacreational actvities at the site. "
