This hotel was a severe miss. Upon arrival at the hotel not only were we not greeted, we were actively ignored. When we approached the desk we asked to please check-in and were stared at blankly for a minute before the woman said yes, by with my colleague, and pointed us away. We check in and are given our key, no directions on how to get to the elevator, etc. We of course can find it on our own but general courtesy would call for information on the hotel. We had to pry each bit of information from their lips - to include the WiFi information. When we get into the elevator we notice there isn’t s button for our floor. We go back to the desk to ask how we can get to our room and they send a desk clerk with us to take us to our room. Good thing because it was hidden on the roof - no joke. We had to take the elevator to the second floor and walk the entire length of the hotel before getting to another staircase (no elevator) to reach our room which was behind a second set of locked doors. Mind you, this staircase was private use so we couldn’t even use it to get outside. Each time we had to walk through the ENTIRE hotel. Our room was fine but not thoroughly cleaned. There was some sort cream smeared on the bathroom wall.
Now to the good stuff: the pool and beach are perfect. The food at the poolside restaurant was good and decently priced and THANKFULLY the restaurant staff were very pleasant. Breakfast buffet was plenty and delightful to be able to sit outside by the pool.
