The toilet kept running.There was no water pressure in the sink.The toilet paper holder was broken.The light in between the 2 beds was broken.The phone was not hooked up to the cord. Overall I was not impressed with the super eight motel

We stayed after a concert. Got there late. Lady at desk didn’t seem thrilled with her job. Asked her directions to my room…and she was very cold with a response. Room was very basic. Husband said he’d wasn’t too comfortable…I was fine. Shower was not thoroughly cleaned from previous occupant as a bar of used soap was left behind with some hair in walls too. Good enough hotel for after a long day enjoying MetLife

Awful. Dirty. Broken tv. Staff did not fix it,help or care. Floor was filthy. Tub was filthy. Furniture was filthy. Totally unclean Staff was awful. Unfriendly. Did not address our concerns. Would never go back. Would never recommend to anyone.

asking for housekeeping seems like you are bothering them, and then it takes them 30-45 mins per room. They are not efficient ; overall OK though, coffee sucks, they have a fridge microwave which is a plus...close to a bus stop, nothing else is around that is "easy" though
