I'm staying in a super 8 property and I received a very bad experience, I have a fever and I'm so tired so , wanna take a medication so I went searching for water in vending machine but It seems empty so I called the customer service by phone it they have water or a someone can bring me some , She was so rude and so aggressive, She only told me we don't have water here miss and that's set .

We stayed here as we wanted a place near Met Stadium for a game, hopefully walkable. Although all descriptions I could find say it’s in walking distance, It’s actually illegal to do so, per NJ. The restaurant down the street does have a shuttle. The staff was nice. The facilities are tired, bedding needs replacing. There was not a coffee maker or safe in the room, as described. I would have preferred to give it 2.5 stars.

Nice place /great Value
We booked then read reviews and were scared. Got there and had absolutely zero issues ! The room was updated clean and exactly how it’s pictured. Located right outside the rooms…..There is a huge indoor sitting area with big TVs to watch the games on. The parking is under the building with a lot of lighting and space. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We felt safe in the hotel and parking area. The room doesn’t have coffee makers but the office has juice and coffee. Great value and great location ! Right near all NJ attractions and minutes from NYC !

Location was good because it was close to the bus stops but the staff were not friendly at all. They made it seem like we owed them a favour from the moment we walked in, they just had a chip on their shoulder. Even the cleaning lady was getting mad at us and giving us attitude because we requested a late checkout which had already been approved the night before. Bed was comfy but the staff just killed the mood for us. Will definitely not stay here again, for the price, I rather go to a place where staff is going to be friendly and pleasant to be around

The staff would not hold doors while we had 6 pieces of luggage between me and my Sister. NO ELEVATOR! Dirty and lack of amenities. The picture on the website was NOTHING like the facility. Worst hotel experience of our lives.
