Ok… but rodent problem
My primary concern were the many mice / rats running across the backyard. It distracted from an otherwise good unit with some attributes that were much appreciated- including the 2 story layout- the bathrooms and kitchen appeared recently renovated and the backyard was very nice except for the rodents that scurried about even as we sat out there.

Perfect place! Perfect location!
This is our 2nd annual trip with my parents and my daughter & fiancé to see my daughter play volleyball at Stevens. Downstairs bedroom was perfect for my parents so they didn’t have to maneuver stairs. The two bedrooms were separated allowing privacy. The backyard garden was such a perfect place. Mom enjoyed coffee out there in the morning and we ate dinner out there one night. Decorated well to give an urban vibe. Seemed to be meticulously maintained. QR codes around house to give you instructions, please a printed off handbook. Location was great with garage right next door and had a 15 minute space to unload groceries made it convenient. Easy Walk to restaurants on Washington and corner store a block away to get some food essentials. Ohhhh the Keyrig coffee maker/coffee pod combo was the bomb! Had to order one for my mom. Stocked with hair dryer, hair straightener & hair multi wave curling iron. Plus iron and handheld steamer. This host thought of everything down to the Bamboo sheets That were so soft, that my husband loved them so much I had to buy a set for our bed at home. If I could rate this host higher I would! My family wants to stay here again.

Great place, great neighborhood
Everything was clean and the place was so well-stocked with everything a family could possibly need. Amazing central location too. Restaurants, coffee shops, parks and the PATH were within a 5 minute walk but the street itself was so quiet. Did I mention that there’s a parking garage next door? This is definitely going to be our go-to place when we’re visiting the NY/NJ area.

Fun weekend in Hoboken
