Perfect in every way.
An absolutely amazing stay. Cannot fault in any way. 1 bed suite was perfect. 2 huge rooms (living and sleeping) plus dressing area and bathroom. So spacious and perfect for a 5 night stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was perfect litterally just outside newport PATH station and 10 minutes to WTC or 33rd street. Would 100 percent recomend.

There are a number of aspects of this hotel that could be in improved. The windows are dirty especially near the elevator. The towel holder was carelessly mounted giving a shabby look. The body wash in our shower was empty. Nothing terrible, but not great for an expensive hotel.

Overall a good solid stay for NYC visit. Very close to PATH train to go in the city. Spacious room. Very happy with the decision to stay there. Two things that can be improved, there were lack of towels when we were there. Also, the jacuzzi has too much chemical, it kinda burns the eyes a bit when water got in, other guests were feeling the same thing.

Nice stay. The hotel is super convenient to the PATH trains and Newport is a great little place in Jersey City. The rooms are definitely dated and due for an upgrade.
