We brought to the attention of the hotel staff that there was no hot water in our room for our entire stay on the night before we checked out allowing the weekend to pass thinking the cold water was because the hotel was busy. But come Monday morning when we checked out there was still no hot water. Hotel refused to give a small refund for the unconvience

I travel a ton for business. This is very reasonably priced and absolutely a beautiful hotel. Super clean super convenient to New York and the staff can’t be any better. I stay in hotels at least 100 a week for business and this is one of the best ones out there.

Santiago, the worst guy at this hotel. Avoid him.
Overall hotel was nice, but a big turndown for us was when we were greeted by an arrogant guy named Santiago. We drove for almost 10 hours and reached there tired, and Santiago was busy chatting with another girl I did not get her name but was an employee on the same night. When asked a few questions, he snaps back at us, do you want this booking or I cancel it? Can you imagine that coming from a guy who was not interested to deal with us? Santiago was so rude, I wonder who even hired that kid unless he is a owner of that hotel. I don't believe he is in the hospitality industry with that attitude. The next morning we were dealing with an Indian guy who was so nice that he even started asking for apologies on Santiago's behalf. I would encourage management to seriously reconsider the behaviors of Santiago, other than that it's another hotel.

Great property. Area is not very convenient but it is easy access to NYC and the actual hotel was excellent. No comment on breakfast as we did not pay for it.
