Near city hall and walking distance to Hanok village and Nambu market. Front desk staff was not friendly and informative. Unpleasant manner when I ask where the hotelโ€™s overflow parking spots outside of building. Respond with stressed voice and didnโ€™t give correct information at all even I asked again cause I couldnโ€™t find it outside. Disappointed. โ˜น๏ธ

2 nights in Jeonju

I stayed 2 nights here and was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Back in North America, Best Western feels to be of a lower quality/standard, so it was a nice surprise. The location is about 25m by bus away from Jeonju KTX station but only a 15m walk to the hanok village area. There's also a convenience store right across the street that many guests frequented. The staff were very friendly and the room was quite big and spacious. The bathroom and rain shower was also very nice. The bed was big and I slept well. The only negative, if any, is that they're very strict with check-in times in Asia. Don't expect to be able to get the room before 3pm - unless you pay for it. Anyway, I would recommend this hotel if you're staying in Jeonju! Very nice for a reasonable price.

There was no airconditoning at all during our stay. We called the front desk and all they kept saying was "there is only heating". The temperature was in the 70s during our stay and the room got hot and smelly. There were 2 TVs in our suite and neither of them worked.

It was raining when we got to hotel and the lobby was full of people waiting for their room to be ready. There was barely enough chairs to sit. Our room was not ready until 2:30. I thought the hotel could have done a better job to get the rooms ready sooner.
